Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Transport Paramedic to join our team at Cook Children's Health Care System. As a Transport Paramedic, you will be responsible for providing critical care and transportation to pediatric and neonatal patients via ground ambulance, helicopter, and fixed wing aircraft.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide high-quality patient care and transportation services to pediatric and neonatal patients
* Maintain the readiness of equipment, availability of supplies, and complete related paperwork
* Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and patients
* Stay up-to-date with the latest medical knowledge and technologies

Requirements:

* Current Texas Certification or Licensure as a Paramedic
* Current CPR certification
* Valid Texas Drivers License and Auto Liability Insurance
* ACLS Certification, PALS Certification, NRP Certification, and Stable Certification
* TNCC (audit within 6 months of employment, every 4 years thereafter)
* Advanced Certification (FP-C, CCEMTP, C-NPT or TP-C) within 2 years
* Emergency Vehicle Operators Course (during orientation, every 3 years thereafter)
