We are seeking an accomplished Customer Sales Specialist to join our Services_AME team in the United States.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Proactively engage with potential customers and establish lasting relationships by addressing their needs effectively.
  • Sell Sulzer/Sulzer CSS Package products and services to established clients, including technical selection, hydraulic modification requirements, and precise calculations.
  • Discover new customers and unlock sales opportunities within existing clientele.
  • Negotiate orders, covering all aspects – technical, commercial, and legal – to ensure mutual satisfaction between customers and our company.
  • Regularly visit customer locations to maintain close, personal connections.
  • Secure and renew orders, arrange delivery dates, and handle other essential tasks related to sales.
  • Entertain customers during and outside regular business hours, aligning with expense budgets and good business practices.
  • Maintain accurate records and submit reports on all phases of activity as required.
  • Pursue overdue customer invoices professionally, as requested.
  • Ensure Alliance customers' needs are met.
  • Stay updated on new products or services, as well as general information relevant to customers.
  • Redirect customer complaints to the appropriate departments and follow up to guarantee satisfactory resolutions for all parties involved.
  • Maintain Company-supplied vehicles and assets in pristine condition.
  • Foster positive cross-discipline relationships within our organization.
  • Participate actively in industry-related organizations.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience and training.
  • A minimum of three years' experience in quoting, marketing, or engineering pumps (API 610 preferred).
  • Exceptional written, verbal, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in the English language, without supervision or oversight.
