Compensation: Minimum Pay $ Maximum Pay $23.00
Pay Range: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
Position OverviewThe Sous Chef will play a vital role in managing the daily kitchen operations. Collaborating closely with the Executive Chef, this position ensures the delivery of top-notch food quality and maintains a pristine kitchen environment in line with company standards.
This role may involve supervising other kitchen staff and stepping in for the Executive Chef when necessary.
QualificationsEducation: High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Field of Study: Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or General
Experience: Mid-level (3-5 years) in Food Service Management, Culinary Arts, or Hospitality
Certifications: Must be SERV-SAFE Certified or possess equivalent certifications, and hold any required local, state, or county food handling/sanitation licenses.
