A Great Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Digital Innovation Specialist who strives for excellence, models service leadership, and excites about serving as a corporate culture ambassador in the delivery of web application and development.

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain web properties, Content Management System (CMS) components, and applications.
  • Create user interfaces, navigation menus, and site layouts that align with brand guidelines and user needs.
  • Analyze and resolve design, layout, and implementation problems relating to in-house and vendor applications.
  • Design, develop, and implement software solutions, including integration with existing vendor software and creating new custom applications with a user experience first approach.
  • Provide end-user documentation to include how-to guides, training guides, frequently asked questions (FAQs), and on-demand training to staff when necessary.
  • Use HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript to implement designs into functional web interfaces and CMS templates.
  • Gather insights through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to enhance current web and software application usability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, software/web development, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience with web and/or software development platforms.
