Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Health Aide to provide high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.


As a Home Health Aide, you will work under the supervision of a qualified designated agency to provide hands-on services that promote the health, safety, and well-being of our clients. Your responsibilities will include assisting with personal care tasks, supervising daily activities, managing household chores, preparing meals, and providing companionship and respite breaks for family caregivers.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Supervise clients' daily activities, including medication management and appointment scheduling
  • Manage household chores, including laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation
  • Provide companionship and respite breaks for family caregivers
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in home health care or a related field preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
