Graveyard Cashier

We are seeking a qualified Graveyard Cashier to join our team at Chevron. As a Graveyard Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our guests.

• Manage all transactions with guests efficiently and accurately.
• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist guests as needed with the selection of merchandise.
• Assist the store in loss prevention by observing guest behaviors.
• Display and organize products in a store for guests to locate easily.
• Help guests with billing and payment processes at the store's counter.
• Process returns and refunds, and resolve guest complaints.
• Bagging and wrapping purchased goods for safe transport.
• Upsell and cross-sell when appropriate.
• Communicate information about product availability, nutritional information, and ingredients.
• Maintain the outlook of the store through dusting, cleaning, and restocking merchandise on the shelves and coolers.
• Handle record keeping and re-ordering systems.
• Help with preparation for displays and windows.
• Maintain health and safety standards in work areas.
• Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts.
• Follow uniform and grooming standards and policies.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to interact in a positive and professional manner with guests and coworkers.
• Willingness to learn and work in all areas of store operations.
• Must be able to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
• Previous experience is an advantage, and solid math and multitasking skills are a must.
