Aerospace Paint Mixer

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse/Aerospace Paint Mixer to join our team at Painters Supply and Equipment Co. The successful candidate will be responsible for mixing and blending paint according to specified formulas, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring the efficient processing and storage of inventory.

• Mix and blend paint according to specified formulas and recipes
• Operate and maintain equipment, including forklifts, hand trucks, and pallet jacks
• Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory items
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, including non-conformance reports and tint usage
• Perform quality control checks on paint products
• Assist with staging customer orders for shipment

• Ability to paint mix and color match
• Proven warehouse experience
• Ability to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment
• Team player with organizational skills
• Ability to lift or move heavy product

The successful candidate will be required to complete Right to Know Training and may be required to attend various manufacturer training seminars and/or training schools.

The successful candidate will be required to walk and stand on concrete/hard surfaces for a minimum of 2.5 hours to 8 hours at a time, and be able to lift and carry up to 55 pounds regularly and occasionally.
