Key Responsibilities:- Perform tire-related services, including dismounting, mounting, and repairing commercial tires.
- Service commercial tires, including match mounting, match mating dual assemblies, and radial runout.
- Inflate tires to prescribed PSI per load requirements.
- Comply with OSHA regulations and safety requirements, including wearing proper PPE and following all safety policies and procedures.
- Earn a TIA (Tire Industry Association) Certification.
- A valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age.
- Be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
- Be able to perform manual tasks for extended periods, including standing, bending, and lifting up to 75 pounds.
- Commit to following all safety procedures and working in a safe manner.
- A High School Diploma or GED.
