Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Information Technology Specialist to join our team at Calista Brice Holding Company. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our computing systems, networks, and applications. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and providing exceptional customer service to our end-users.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, and other computing devices.
  2. Maintain and update computer systems, networks, and applications to ensure optimal performance and security.
  3. Develop and implement technology solutions to improve business processes and productivity.
  4. Collaborate with other IT staff to resolve complex technical issues and implement new technologies.
  5. Communicate technical information to non-technical staff and management to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
