OBJECTIVE:
The Lodging Attendant is tasked with maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the ranch accommodations. This role involves working in guest lodgings, communal areas, and the linen storage.

All tasks are executed to meet the quality standards set by the management and conveyed by the Director of Rooms.

A successful Lodging Attendant is characterized by a strong work ethic, adaptability, and a proactive approach.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Daily cleaning of communal areas.
  • Daily upkeep of guest accommodations.
  • Distribution of guest amenities.
  • Evening maintenance of public spaces.
  • Assistance with evening turn-down service in guest accommodations.
  • Thorough weekly cleaning of communal areas.
  • Thorough weekly cleaning of guest accommodations.
  • Maintenance of the linen room, guest laundry, and staff restrooms.
  • Care for vacuums and humidifiers.
  • Window washing.
  • Carpet maintenance.
  • Report maintenance issues to the Executive Housekeeper.
  • Assist with laundry tasks.
  • Perform mending tasks.
  • Occasionally assist with dining room duties during guest meals.
  • Maintain a welcoming demeanor towards guests at all times.

NON-ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform all related tasks as assigned.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Ability to walk distances in various weather conditions.
  • Capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to push, pull, bend, and reach.
  • Experience working with eco-friendly cleaning products.
  • Familiarity with cleaning agents including bleach.
  • Ability to work in environments with potential hazards such as bodily fluids.
