Job Summary:

The Diagnostic Imaging Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Performing diagnostic imaging procedures, including ultrasound, CT, and MRI scans
  • Preparing patients for procedures, including explaining the process and positioning them correctly
  • Operating imaging equipment, including adjusting settings and ensuring optimal image quality
  • Analyzing images and identifying any abnormalities or issues
  • Communicating results to patients and healthcare professionals

Requirements:

  • Registered Ultrasound Technologist (RVT) certification
  • Abdomen registry preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to accommodate patient schedules and needs
