Job Title: Vascular Ultrasound Technologist

Join Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health as a Vascular Ultrasound Technologist and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for operating sonographic equipment, performing diagnostic examinations, and communicating results to healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate sonographic equipment to perform diagnostic examinations
  • Communicate results to healthcare professionals
  • Perform daily operations of the sonographic laboratory, including patient scheduling and equipment maintenance
  • Ensure high standards of medical ethics and maintain a high level of understanding and knowledge of the field
Requirements:
  • High School diploma/GED
  • Graduation from an accredited program for Vascular Sonography
  • Certified by the ARDMS in Physics (SPI) or Vascular Technology (RVT) within 12 months of placement
  • CPR certification
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Abdomen registry
  • 2 years of experience as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer
  • Bilingual in Spanish
