Job Description:

  • Assess, evaluate, diagnose, and treat students with communication disorders in a school-based setting.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of students, in collaboration with school staff and parents.
  • Provide consultation and training services to teachers and other educational professionals to improve their understanding of communication disorders.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of student progress, assessments, and treatment plans.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in speech-language pathology from an accredited institution.
  • State licensure or eligibility for licensure in speech-language pathology.
  • Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
