Job Overview

International Friendships, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to serve as a Persian Outreach Minister. This role is a vital part of our Central Ohio ministry team, focusing on serving international students from Persia in practical ways and training and equipping students and volunteers for service to these students.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining financial and prayer partnerships, researching and understanding the needs of Persian international students, and ministering to them through establishing connections, developing reproducing Bible discussion groups, and discipling 3-4 Persian students.

This is a full- or part-time position with a flexible schedule, requiring occasional evenings and/or weekends for specific events/projects. The pay structure for this role involves developing a ministry partner team to cover salary, benefits, and ministry expenses, with a pay range of $25,709 to $80,000 based on experience and other factors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain financial and prayer partnerships
  • Research and understand the needs of Persian international students
  • Minister to Persian international students through establishing connections and discipling
  • Recruit and train Christians to serve on a campus ministry team
  • Connect with student associations and community groups
