As a Pastry Artist, you will be responsible for crafting, decorating, and selling a variety of baked goods, including cakes, cupcakes, pastries, and more.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Designing and producing a wide range of cakes and pastry items, adhering to company standards and customer requests.
• Handling customer inquiries and taking orders, ensuring timely completion and satisfaction.
• Fostering a welcoming and friendly environment for customers and team members alike.
• Engaging with customers through friendly interactions, providing product insights, and offering suggestions.
• Upholding the bakery's image by ensuring the highest quality and freshness of products.
• Managing product freshness by labeling, rotating, and removing any expired items.
• Accurately wrapping, packaging, and pricing all items in line with established guidelines.
• Processing transactions, including cash, checks, and card payments, while providing accurate change.
• Utilizing scale printers to ensure correct weights and pricing.
• Monitoring product pricing, signage, and display to enhance customer experience.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace and sales area.
• Exhibiting baked goods according to merchandising standards.
• Taking and fulfilling customer orders with attention to detail and satisfaction.

Additional duties may be assigned by management as needed. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a minimum of one year of experience in cake decoration.

• Work in various temperature environments, including coolers and ovens.
• Handle a variety of baking ingredients safely.
