About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our team at Castle Rock Therapies, DBA Fyzical Castle Rock and Parker. As a Pediatric Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping children and adolescents achieve their full potential through personalized and evidence-based physical therapy interventions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to children and adolescents with a range of conditions, including neurological disorders, developmental delays, and orthopedic injuries.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each patient.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness, and develop targeted interventions to address these areas.
  • Administer manual exercises, modalities, and other interventions to improve and maintain function, and promote overall physical development.
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families on proper techniques, exercises, and strategies to promote optimal outcomes.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Requirements
  • Current Physical Therapy License (Required)
  • Experience working with children and adolescents with a range of conditions, including neurological disorders, developmental delays, and orthopedic injuries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and mutual respect.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex patient data and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
