Speech Therapy Opportunity

A challenging and rewarding career opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Rhode Island. With a minimum of 1+ years of experience in speech therapy, you will be responsible for assessing students' speech, language, and communication needs, developing tailored treatment plans, and providing therapy sessions to enhance their abilities.

Position Overview:

Soliant Education is seeking an experienced SLP to fill a full-time, hourly contract role in a dynamic school setting. This position offers the opportunity to work with students, teachers, parents, and educational staff to improve communication skills and support academic success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluation and Assessment: Conduct thorough evaluations to identify students' speech, language, and communication needs.
  • Treatment Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans to address specific student needs.
  • Therapy Sessions: Provide high-quality therapy sessions to enhance students' communication skills.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, parents, and educational staff to ensure effective communication and support.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of student progress and treatment outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure: Valid state licensure or eligibility to practice as an SLP in Rhode Island.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $45-$55 per hour, depending on experience. Additional benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, and opportunities for professional development.
