Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute a variety of tasks associated with production processes on electronic and mechanical assemblies and subassemblies.
  • Interpret and work from technical diagrams and schematics.
  • Employ hand tools and power tools effectively.
  • Perform continuity checks on both ongoing and completed work.
  • Conduct quality assessments on the production line in accordance with established specifications.
  • Disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and evaluate experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies.
  • Fulfill any additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven skills in assembly work.
  • Ability to comply with all operational procedures, processes, and work instructions.
  • Familiarity with hand tools and their appropriate usage.
  • Capability to meet production quality and quantity standards.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • US citizenship with an active DOD secret clearance or the ability to obtain one.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Factory Logix is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with effective communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • A quick learner who stays informed on product configurations and best practices.

Compensation: The annual salary range is $32,240 - $48,000 for a Non-Technical Intelligence Specialist.
