The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of technicians and ensuring that all maintenance and repair work is completed in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of technicians to ensure that all maintenance and repair work is completed to a high standard.
  • Plan and schedule maintenance and repair work to minimize downtime and ensure that all equipment is available when needed.
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify potential issues and implement preventative maintenance programs.
  • Develop and implement procedures to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Manage inventory and supplies to ensure that all necessary materials are available when needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that maintenance and repair work is aligned with business objectives.
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance.
  • 1 year of experience in a supervisory role with knowledge of DOT, OSHA, and safety regulations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of engine, brake, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
