About the Role

This exciting opportunity as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) will allow you to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism. As an SLP at Soar Autism Center, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team working together to provide comprehensive and integrated care.

You will have the opportunity to conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and develop communication interventions to support client communication. Additionally, you will collaborate with other clinical specialties, including BCBAs, OTs, and mental health professionals, to ensure seamless care coordination.

What You'll Do
  • Conduct on-site assessments for children ages 2-6 in a center-based setting.
  • Create treatment plans in collaboration with other clinical specialties.
  • Develop communication interventions, including AAC devices, to support client communication.
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, occupational therapists, and mental health professionals, including co-treatments with the occupational therapy team.
  • Monitor client progress, update treatment plans, and communicate changes to team members and families.
  • Partner with client families to develop goals, build relationships, and support them in their journey.
Qualifications
  • A Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program.
  • A license to practice speech pathology.
  • Prior experience with AAC or interest in learning from our clinical teams is preferred but not required.
Compensation and Benefits

Our competitive salary range is $82,500 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a salary, we offer a range of benefits, including:
