Key Responsibilities- Assess patients' needs and develop personalized occupational therapy plans to promote independence and functional ability.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care and effective communication.
- Conduct thorough evaluations and reassessments to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Provide education and training to patients and their families on proper techniques and strategies for optimal recovery.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and hospital performance.
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Indiana.
- Previous experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a rehabilitation setting.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse patient populations.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
