Breakfast Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled Breakfast Chef to join our team at Zeeland Street.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment and possess excellent cooking skills, particularly with eggs, omelets, and brunch items.

This role requires the ability to multitask, work under pressure, and make quick decisions to ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently.

In addition to their culinary expertise, the successful applicant will also be responsible for maintaining inventory levels, training and leading other team members, and ensuring that all food requests are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast dishes, including made-to-order and specialty items
• Maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and organization in the kitchen
• Conduct regular inventory checks and provide accurate lists of needed supplies to management
• Train and lead other kitchen staff members as required

Salary Range: $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
