Job Summary

Prisma Health is seeking a skilled Vascular Sonographer to join our team. As a key member of our vascular lab, you will be responsible for performing high-quality vascular lab exams, providing exceptional patient care, and collaborating with our medical team to ensure accurate diagnoses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a range of vascular lab procedures, including duplex imaging, Doppler, and plethysmography, to accurately diagnose vascular conditions.
  • Operate advanced ultrasound and physiological equipment, as well as EMR and Structured Reporting systems, to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Participate in daily workflow, rotating to multiple vascular lab locations as scheduled, and contributing to the Vascular Lab after-hours, on-call, weekend, and holiday schedules.
  • Attend staff and departmental meetings, staying up-to-date with changes in the field, and participating in educational conferences to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Radiology or Sonography from a Director-approved program.
  • One year of vascular sonography experience, or completion of a clinical rotation during a formal educational program.
  • ARDMS (RVT) or CCI (RVS) certification.
