About the Role

As a Limo Driver at MGM Resorts International, you will play a vital role in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and ensure the safe and friendly transportation of employees and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive assigned vehicles, picking up and dropping off guests as directed.
  • Ensure timely arrival and departure to meet guest schedules.
  • Run errands for VIP guests, such as picking up shopping items or other specific requests.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and management using the radio system.
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of the company's area, including hotels, golf courses, and restaurants.
  • Stay informed about the city's demographics through resources like magazines, guides, and bulletins.
  • Perform basic checks and maintenance tasks to ensure vehicle safety and reliability.
  • Keep vehicles clean and well-maintained.
  • Notify supervisors of any safety or maintenance issues with assigned vehicles.
  • Keep dispatchers informed of vehicle locations for efficient coordination.
Requirements
  • At least 21 years old.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a front-facing guest service role.
  • History of positive guest interactions and conflict resolution.
  • Personable and approachable demeanor.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
  • Knowledge of local area and directions to assist guests.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
