About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Pottstown Nursing & Rehab in Pottstown, PA. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop effective plans of care in collaboration with the nursing team and other disciplines.
  • Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered by physicians, ensuring patient safety and well-being.
  • Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure tasks and interventions are implemented effectively.
  • Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
  • CPR Certification is required.
