  • Maximize retail sales opportunities and contribute to overall revenue growth.
  • Engage in local community activities to promote the spa and build brand awareness.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and handle crises with poise and discretion.
  • Ongoing self-improvement in areas such as technique, knowledge, and leadership.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Nail Technician License/Cosmetology License as required by State of Maryland.
  • Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and execution abilities.
  • Communicative and empathetic approach to interacting with clients and colleagues.
  • High level of technical expertise in nail artistry and sanitation practices.

Compensation Package:The estimated annual salary for this position is between $50,000 - $75,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include commission and guaranteed pay, opportunities for incentives, paid time off, medical, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability insurance, and 401(k) retirement plan.
