Key Responsibilities

  • Knowledge Sharing: Engage closely with SMEs to ensure the accuracy and relevance of course content. Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions that convert complex information into learner-friendly formats while respecting the principles of adult learning.
  • Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through Kirkpatrick's methods of evaluation.
  • Professional Development: Stay up to date on the latest trends in learning and instructional design.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field required, Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in instructional design, particularly in creating engaging and interactive instructor-led and e-learning content.
  • Skills: Proficiency with common authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Articulate RISE, Camtasia, Vyond), light amounts of graphic design (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud), and learning management software (e.g. Docebo, Cornerstone).
  • Soft Skills: Strong understanding of instructional design principles and methods. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team; high level of collaboration skill and task orientation required with end-to-end project ownership in a multi-stakeholder culture.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capability to use data to inform decisions and improve training outcomes.
  • Innovative Thinking: Innovative Thinking and a passion for learning and development, with a commitment to adopting innovative approaches and technologies to enhance educational experiences.
