Responsibilities:

Therapeutic Services:
Conduct individual, couples, and/or group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices to help clients achieve their mental health goals.

Client-Centered Care:
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring a compassionate and tailored approach.

Team Collaboration:
Participate in regular team meetings to enhance client outcomes through shared insights and continuous professional growth.

Manageable Caseload:
Maintain a caseload of 28 client visits per week, prioritizing quality care and therapist well-being.

Professional Development:
Engage in ongoing learning opportunities, including continuing education, advanced certifications, and clinical supervision

Qualifications:

Education:
Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field.

Licensure:
Valid Washington State license as an LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or equivalent.

Experience:
Minimum of 1-3 years in a behavioral health setting.

Skills:
Strong client advocacy, evidence-based practice proficiency, and commitment to ethical care.

Cultural Competence:
Ability and willingness to work with a diverse population.

Preferred

Qualifications:

Specialized Certifications:
CBT, EMDR, ART, Brainspotting, or similar.
BLS Certification

Ability to work in a supervisory capacity Compensation:
$72,480 - $90,000 yearly
