Suburban Health Organization is seeking dedicated professionals to practice Emergency Medicine in a supportive environment that prioritizes your well-being and offers a favorable work/life balance. This position is situated in a newly established Urgent Care/Emergency Medicine facility.
Position Highlights:
- Located at a new facility designed for optimal patient care.
- Preference for candidates trained in Emergency Medicine and Board Certified; however, Family Practice/Internal Medicine candidates with ABEM certification or substantial ER experience will be considered.
- Shift patterns include 12-hour shifts: 7AM - 7PM, 7PM - 7AM, and 12 Noon to 12 Midnight.
- Annual Emergency Room patient volume is approximately 25,000.
- Daily staffing includes 36 hours of MD/DO coverage.
- Single coverage during the hours of 3AM to 7AM, supplemented by a mix of midlevel providers and physicians.
- Full-time schedule consists of 4 days on followed by 8 days off, totaling 1460 hours annually.
- Facility features include 7 Treatment Rooms, 2 Behavioral Health Rooms, 2 Trauma Rooms, and 4 Observation/Admit Rooms.
