The Radiology Tech at Ascension Saint Thomas Urgent Care is a key member of our team, responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support in a dynamic healthcare environment. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with patients, providers, and other staff members to ensure that patients receive the best possible care.

Your responsibilities will include greeting patients, managing patient files, and assisting with medical tasks under provider supervision. You will also have the opportunity to perform radiologic procedures, assist with lab procedures, and prepare patients for radiologic procedures.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in medical assisting, including certification and experience working with patients. You will also need to be able to communicate effectively with patients and staff, and be able to work well in a team environment.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Assistant/X-Ray or Radiology Tech who meets the following requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required

* Minimum 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant

* Medical Assistant Certificate or equivalent experience

* Valid State License to perform X-Rays

* BLS Certification required
