We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team at Bon Secours. As a key member of our interdisciplinary care team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and providing a safe and therapeutic environment for our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the care team to assess patient status and determine the priority of patient problems and needs.
- Implement clinical nursing interventions and develop patient care plans to enhance and improve outcomes.
- Administer medications in a safe manner consistent with the State of Practice and the organization's policies and procedures.
- Provide care to a broad spectrum of patients ranging from short-stay to trauma.
- Participate in the evaluation, update, and revision of patient care plans to facilitate achievement of planned and expected outcomes.
- Graduate of an accredited Associates degree or Bachelors degree in Nursing.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association.
- One (1) year of professional experience practicing as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Recent Emergency Department or Critical Care experience preferred, but not required.
