About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and flexible Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care across various behavioral health inpatient units at Avera Behavioral Health Center. As a BHS Float RN, you will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care and outcomes.
Job DescriptionAs a Registered Nurse on our BHS Float team, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct patient care in a variety of settings, including inpatient units, The Link, and Behavioral Health Adolescent Addiction Unit
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Assessing and addressing the physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients

Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A current Registered Nurse license in the State of South Dakota (or eligibility for multi-state licensure)
- A Bachelor's degree in Nursing (or CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program graduate)
- Certification in specialty area preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Competitive hourly rate: $32.00 - $46.50 per hour (dependent upon experience)
