Bartender

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Folino Estate Winery. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences by serving drinks, managing the bar area, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

• Drink Service: Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beer, and wine, to guests seated at the bar and in the dining area.
• Bar Management: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, restock supplies, and ensure that all equipment is in good working order.
• Guest Interaction: Engage with guests, answer questions about drinks and wine, and provide recommendations to enhance their experience.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.

• Basic Knowledge: Familiarity with wine service, dining room procedures, and basic mathematical skills.
• Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and safely maneuver trays of food and containers.
