Key Responsibilities- Provide tax compliance and advisory services to clients in a variety of industries
- Develop and manage client relationships, identifying opportunities to grow and expand our services
- Assist in managing and developing professional tax staff, providing guidance and coaching to ensure their success
- Review returns prepared by tax associates and seniors, ensuring accuracy and quality
- Effectively delegate responsibilities to team members, monitoring their progress and efforts
- Stay up-to-date with the latest tax laws and regulations, applying this knowledge to client projects and communicating findings in writing
- 7+ years of experience in public accounting or corporate tax department
- Bachelor's or graduate degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- CPA license
- Master's degree in Taxation or Law degree
- Partnership tax experience
