Job Summary

This Laborer position involves performing various tasks that support skilled workers in completing projects efficiently.

The employee must be able to dig trenches, holes, and ditches, mix and transport concrete, stage, organize, and maintain work sites, operate hand and power tools safely, load and unload equipment, clear work areas, and transport materials.

Requirements and Qualifications

Candidates should possess prior concrete experience and demonstrate a willingness to learn and follow safety protocols.

  • Climbing, kneeling, bending, and crawling frequently
  • Working at heights, on ladders, platforms, and mechanical lifts
  • Lifting up to 75 pounds
  • Understanding English language
  • Valid driver's license
Work Environment and Travel

Travel may be required for this position, with Fessler & Bowman compensating employees for travel expenses and overnight stays.

As a Laborer, you will work in various environments, including high/low temperatures, areas close to traffic, loud noises, confined spaces, heights, and indoor/outdoor settings.
