Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support in our retail stores. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, working closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.

About the Job

This is an hourly position that requires standing for long periods, walking up to 5 miles per day, and lifting up to 25 pounds. You will be responsible for reviewing customer orders, locating merchandise on the sales floor, and dispensing customer orders quickly and accurately in varying weather conditions.

Salary Information

The estimated hourly wage for this position is $18.00 - $23.00, depending on location and experience. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives, as well as premiums for specific circumstances such as overtime or working on holidays.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
