Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Basic experience in the janitorial trade, including mopping, sweeping, dusting, trash collection, window cleaning, and floor cleaning
  • Safe operation of all types of custodial equipment
  • Understanding of the process for cleaning all types of human or animal waste, blood-borne pathogens, custodial tasks using approved cleaning products and appropriate safety personal protection


Work Environment: This is an hourly/part-time position, working up to 29 hours per week. The successful candidate will work in various outdoor environments and must be able to positively represent Henrico County in all interactions with the public.
