We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Healthcare Professional to join our team. As a key member of our clinical and administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, performing various clinical and administrative tasks, and upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.

Job Description

As a Pediatric Healthcare Professional, you will:

  • Work under the direction of a licensed healthcare professional to perform clinical responsibilities, including vital sign measurement, medical history recording, and diagnostic testing.
  • Communicate patient information to licensed healthcare providers, prepare and administer medications, and dispose of bio-hazardous materials.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as communicating prescriptions, processing medication refills, and obtaining prior authorizations.
  • Remain up-to-date with certifications, company-mandated training, and professional development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, partners, and communities to amplify our impact and advocate for the health and well-being of children and families.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A current certification from the American Association of Medical Assistants (CMA) or American Medical Technologists (RMA) in the field of Medical Assisting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and maintain confidentiality.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic health records.
