Frozen Stocker

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Frozen Stocker - Productivity Specialist to join our team at Strack and Van Til. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the high standards of customer service, stock management, and overall store appearance.

• Respond to customers in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
• Assist other staff members as needed, providing support to ensure seamless operations.
• Stock and rotate product, ensuring accurate inventory levels and maintaining a clean and organized storage area.
• Answer calls for price checks, accurately providing information to customers.
• Faces merchandise in the department, presenting products in an attractive and appealing manner.
• Cuts open boxes with a box cutter, safely handling sharp objects.
• Loads carts with stock for the store floor, efficiently transporting merchandise.
• Operates baler and trash compactor, adhering to safety protocols.

You will work in a dynamic retail environment, with normal exposure to weather and temperature extremes. This includes frequent entry and exit from the freezer section, requiring flexibility and adaptability.
