We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate ABA Therapist to join our team at The Stepping Stones Group. As a Behavioral Services Specialist, you will work one-on-one with students with special needs to help them learn more effectively, academically, and socially through play.

Under the supervision of our team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), you will deliver a curriculum that has been determined as appropriate and ideal from formal assessments, and proven effective, from over 70 years of scientifically evidenced research.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment services to children diagnosed with Autism, conducting sessions in various settings such as their homes, schools, or within the community.
  • Work under the guidance of a program supervisor, instructing clients on essential skills such as communication, play, socialization, and fostering greater independence.
  • Collect, organize, and summarize behavioral data related to the child's treatment goals.
  • Adhere to Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) code of Ethics.
  • Attend trainings and maintain effective knowledge of identified qualifications/competencies.

Requirements:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Availability during school hours from 8:00am - 3:00pm Monday to Friday
  • Additional hours include being available during after-school hours from 3:00pm - 8:00pm and open to weekends and holidays
  • Preferred one year experience working with children and/or youths in education or ABA therapy
