A successful candidate should have a good overall knowledge of multiple trades, including:
  • Drywall and Painting
  • Plumbing
  • Carpentry
  • Tile
  • Electrical
We require a quick thinker who can troubleshoot problems efficiently and communicate effectively with Management, Office Personnel, Fellow Employees, Homeowners, Suppliers, Property Managers, and Commercial Customers. A clean-cut appearance, decent-looking vehicle, organized tools, and ability to multitask are essential qualities for this role.

Additional responsibilities include taking time to earn customers' confidence, inquiring about additional work that could be performed, and sometimes fixing something small to showcase our capabilities. We value punctuality, efficiency, and maintaining the highest integrity while striving for top customer satisfaction.
