Waxing Specialist/Cerologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Beauty Services Professional to join our team at Waxing the City in Ankeny, Iowa.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for waxing and customer service, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

As a Waxing Specialist/Cerologist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional waxing services to our clients, ensuring they feel comfortable and relaxed throughout their experience.

You will also be expected to maintain a clean and professional environment, adhere to all sanitation standards, and provide outstanding customer service.

• Provide high-quality waxing services to clients, including consultations and aftercare advice.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all sanitation and safety standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and positive referrals.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest waxing techniques and products, incorporating this knowledge into your work.

• Bachelor's degree in Esthetics or related field (required)
• Current state licensure as an Esthetician (required)
• At least 2 years of experience in waxing and esthetics (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
