- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring patient safety and well-being.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and patient satisfaction.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with an Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice or Compact/Multi-State RN license.
- American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of recent acute care experience in a Medical Surgical Unit setting.
