Key Responsibilities:- Provide safe and comfortable dialysis treatment to patients
- Monitor patients during treatment and collect blood samples as required
- Ensure quality control by preparing machines for treatment, cleaning and disinfecting equipment, and conducting safety checks
- Work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Charge Nurse to adhere to company policies, procedures, and state/federal laws and regulations
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Desire to work in healthcare and care for others
- Healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus
- Ability to distinguish all primary colors
- Successful completion of USRC training program approved by the Medical Director, including demonstrated competency
- CPR certification required within 90 days of hire
- Care Technician certification must be obtained through a state certification program or national commercially available certification program within 18 months of hire date
