The Valet Parking Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to patients, guests, and visitors at Loma Linda University Medical Center. This role requires a professional and courteous demeanor, with a focus on creating a positive and welcoming experience for all individuals.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet and welcome patients, guests, and visitors, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
- Provide responsive and courteous service, addressing any questions or concerns in a professional manner.
- Escort patients and visitors to their destinations, offering assistance as needed.
- Park and retrieve vehicles in a safe and timely manner.
- Collect and store funds, maintaining accurate records.
- Maintain a professional appearance and personal grooming at all times.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum one year of experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English with professional quality.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of office software.
- Valid driver's license required.
