As an Eyewear Production Specialist, you will play a vital role in the assembly process, ensuring that each eyewear order is filled accurately and efficiently. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality products tailored to individual prescriptions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately mount lenses into frames using various tools, ensuring proper alignment and balance.
  • Follow prescribed measurements and standards to guarantee compliance with industry regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
  • Occasionally perform minor repairs on frames and lenses as needed.

What You Will Need:

  • Strong manual dexterity for precise tool manipulation.
  • Ability to meet established production standards for quality and efficiency.
  • Capability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
  • Attention to detail to identify surface imperfections.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of optical products; certification is a plus.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Windows operating systems.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
