**About the Opportunity**

Are you a dedicated and compassionate Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner seeking a rewarding career in a supportive team environment?

We are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for a skilled FNP to join our multi-site health program in Coos Bay, OR.

This primary care position will provide comprehensive services across all age ranges in a patient-centered integrated care setting.

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population, addressing their medical, dental, behavioral, pharmacy, and other community needs.

Our providers enjoy a favorable patient volume (12-14), without the burden of call shifts, weekends, or holidays.

Competitive Compensation Package

We offer a highly competitive salary of $140,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • An active, unrestricted OR license
  • A current DEA registration
  • National board certification as a Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner
  • Women's health experience is required
