CHEP is a leading provider of supply chain solutions, and we're seeking a skilled Pallet Repair Specialist to join our team in Kilgore, TX. As a key member of our supply chain team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the efficient movement of goods to customers around the world.

As a Pallet Repair Specialist, you'll be responsible for repairing and assembling pallets using a variety of tools and equipment. You'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, collaborating with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Repair and assemble pallets using pneumatic nail guns and other equipment
  • Inspect and troubleshoot pallets to identify defects and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 2 years of experience with handheld power tools and industrial equipment
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 pounds
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
