As a Member Service Representative, you will play a key role in delivering this mission by providing exceptional customer service to our club members and staff.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness, excellent communication skills, and a strong customer service orientation. They will be responsible for greeting members and guests with a smile, assisting with membership and retail sales, and promoting membership privileges. They will also be required to maintain a professional and courteous disposition at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet all members & guests with a smile and enthusiasm
• Assist with membership, retail and tanning product sales
• Promote membership privileges including tanning, group fitness, small group training and childcare
• Deliver on new member enrollment expectations
• Check in all members and guests in accordance with company procedures
• Answer phones in a courteous, helpful, professional manner
• Communicate special events to members and guests
• Facilitate all member requests or forwards to a manager
• Maintain a professional and courteous disposition
• Be an expert in all club facility, services, programs and schedules/hours of operation
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Navigate all stations of the front desk area
