Responsibilities:
- Perform surgical procedures, including laparoscopic and open surgeries
- Diagnose and treat medical conditions, including cancer, hernias, and gallstones
- Provide patient care, including pre-operative and post-operative care
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and advancements
Requirements:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Completion of a general surgery residency program
- Board certification in general surgery
- Current licensure to practice medicine in North Carolina
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
